COMMENT: Revised by Grinnell, 1922, Univ. Calif. Publ. Zool., 29:1 -124. May be conspecific with elephantinus (TLB) ; see comment under elephantinus ; also see Hall, 1981:576. May be conspecific with agilis (DFW) .
