Clypeus convex, with long and thin hair, clypeal fovea open. Mandible moderately stout, weakly tapered, upper tooth as long as lower tooth. Maxillary palp with five segments. Malar space about 1.1 times as long as basal mandibular width. Inner margin of eye parallel. Vertex sparsely punctate more than face. Frons smooth. Temple polished and convex, with fine punctures. Antenna filiform with 47 (47–55) flagellomeres.

Thorax with dense and long pubescence. Pronotum broad with transversly fused punctures from middle to ventroposterior corner, apical margin hook-shape, epomia absent. Mesopleuron with epineminal carina to basolateral part, fairly uniformly punctate but median part polished without puncture, postpectral carinae absent, sternaulus absent. Metapleuron moderately convex, with moderately dense puncture. Submetapleural carina complete, anterior half developed ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1 – 5 ). Mesoscutum convex, densely irregularly punctate, notaulus absent. Scutellum, in profile, strongly convex, densely punctate. Propodeum in dorsal view closely punctate, transversely striated, tending to rugose apically, spiracle of propodeum small and oval-shaped ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 5 ). Legs slender. Fore tibial spur sinuate. Fore and mid tarsal claws pectinate. Hind tarsal claw simple with accessory tooth ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 1 – 5 ). Each trochantellus without a sharp apical tooth on the outer side. Fore wing 8.3 mm (8.3–9.5 mm), areolet with moderately long petiole, nervulus intercepted at middle. Hind wing with 8 hamuli, nervellus intercepted slightly below middle.

1st tergite slender, 5.5 (5.5–5.8) times as long as posteriorly broad anteriorly without lateral longitudinal carina. 2nd tergite coriaceous, 2.3 times as long as posteriorly broad. Ovipositor sheath slender, with dense, short hair, as long as abdomen.

Scape and pedicel yellow except for brown inner side of scape. Ventral part of 1st–6th flagellomeres yellow and dorsal part black, 13th–22th flagellomeres and dorsal part of 23th–25th flagellomeres white. Thorax black. Propleuron yellow. Frontal collar and hind corner of pronotum yellow. Tegula and subtegular ridge yellow. Small spot on lower hind corner of mesopleuron yellow. Metapleuron with an inverted U-shaped yellow mark.
