Diagnosis. Female: Body length 3.2 mm ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ). Body mostly black; first four antennomeres and legs except coxae entirely testaceous. Clypeus with median lobe trapezoidal with apical margin straight ( Fig. 3b View FIGURE 3 ). Scape curved, pedicel longer than flagellomere I; flagellomere I as long as or slightly shorter than flagellomere II. Dorsal pronotal area laterally slightly concave, coriaceous, punctures fine and sparse; dorsal setae long and thick. Notauli and parapsidal signum inconspicuous. Mesoscutellum glabrous. Mesopleuron without fovea. Metapectal-propodeal discwith five carinae ( Fig. 3d View FIGURE 3 ); metapostnotal median carina and first metapostnotal lateral carinae complete and reaching transverse posterior carina; second metapostnotal lateral carina incomplete not reaching transverse posterior carina. Lateral marginal carina of metapectal-propodeal complex and metapostnotal carina present. Propodeal declivity with median carina. Forewing with Radial 1 vein slightly curved and shorter than radial sector & median vein; apically dilated ( Fig. 3c View FIGURE 3 ); subcostal vein with eight dorsal setae; median + cubital vein with five dorsal setae; radial sector + median vein with two dorsal setae; anal vein with four dorsal setae; stigma with one dorsal setae. Hind wing with three hamuli. Metasomal terga I and II smooth; terga II–VI with long black setae laterally.

Male: Body length 2.9 mm ( Fig. 3e View FIGURE 3 ). Body coloration mostly black as in females, excluding mandible, antennae and legs which are dark brown. Body shiny; head, thorax and abdomen coriaceous, punctuation indistinct. Apical margin of clypeus rounded, with a sharp median tooth ( Fig. 3f View FIGURE 3 ). Dorsal part of propodeum with five weak carinae; metapostnotal median carina and first metapostnotal lateral carinae incomplete and not reach to metapostnotal carina. Lateral marginal carina of the metapectal-propodeal complex distinct, the metapostnotal carina slightly prominent. The posterior declivity without a median carina. Radial 1 vein slightly curved, apically dilated. Forewing with subcostal vein with 11 dorsal setae; median + cubital vein with eight dorsal setae; radial sector + median vein with three dorsal setae; anal vein with five dorsal setae; stigma with small four dorsal setae. Hind wing with 3 hamuli.

Material examined: Turkey, Tokat, in front of window of buildings in Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University , 600 m, 17.II.2022, 1♂; 22.II.2022, 2♀; 11.IV.2022, 1♀, 30.VI.2022, 1♀ .

Distribution: Brazil, Canada, Finland, Germany, Mexico, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, United States of America and Yemen (Barbosa & Azevedo 2010). Now, it is recorded for the first time from Turkey.
