TYPE LOCALITY: USA, Virginia, Norfolk Co., Norfolk .
DISTRIBUTION: SE Missouri across to S Virginia, south to E Texas, the Gulf coast, and C Florida.
SYNONYMS: aureolus , flammeus, lewisi, lisae.
