TYPE LOCALITY: Brazil, Minas Gerais, along Rio Jordao, a small tributary of the Rio Paranaiba, 700- 900 m .

DISTRIBUTION: SE Brazil.

COMMENTS: Status and distributional extent unknown; allied to O. intermedius according to Thomas (1901 b) and Gyldenstolpe (1932).
