Description. Body length 1.58–1.81 mm. Head ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 A–9B). Antennae dark, basiflagellomere lighter in ventral half; arista with seven-nine dorsal rays; frons shining blue, with more golden reflection medially, frontal setae equal in length, slightly shorter than ocellar; face narrow, its width is equal to distance between antennae (facial ratio 0.11), wrinkled transversally and shiny medially, silvery microtomentose laterally; facial seta moderate, in lower 1/3 of face, parafacialia whitish microtomentose; palpus black; gena-to-eye ratio 0.05–0.08.

Thorax. Mesonotum and scutellum black shiny, anepisternum and sides of mesonotum with golden reflection, remaining with black reflection; scutellum trapezoidal with rounded posterior margin, surface flat, bears a few short setulae; wing hyaline; costal vein ratio 0.87–1.18; M vein ratio 0.49–0.61; legs black, mid and hind tarsi yellowish, except dark distal segment; stem of halter brown, head white.

Abdomen black, metallic shiny with green and golden reflection. Male terminalia ( Figs. 8 View FIGURE 8 A–8D).
