One ♁ and one ♀ syntype. A ♁ with labels: “CAP” [printed on pink paper]; “ Acrotylus furcifer Sss , type ♁” [handwritten on red paper]; “ Acrotylus furcifer Sauss. ” [handwritten on pink paper]; “ Syntypus ” [printed on red paper]. Specimen set with wings spread; both antennae, both front legs, both middle legs, the right hind leg and part of the tibia and the tarsi of the left hind leg are missing. A ♀ with labels: “CAP” [printed on pink paper]; “ Acrotylus furcifer Sss , type ♀ ” [handwritten on red paper]; “ Acrotylus furcifer Sauss. ” [handwritten on pink paper]; “ Syntypus ” [printed on red paper]. Specimen set with wings spread; both antennae, the tarsi of the left front leg, the right front leg, both middle legs and the tarsi of both hind legs are missing. A further five ♁ and two ♀ specimens with similar data labels may be syntypes, although not explicitly labelled as such. Box V28.
