Measurements. Body length: 13.8–16.9 mm. CL: 0.70; EL: 3.02; ELS: 1.62; EW: 2.99; HL: 2.08; HW: 2.22; PO: 0.93; PL: 2.51; PW: 2.17.
Distribution. Miobdelus caelestis is at present known from Sichuan Province in China.
