( Figs. 4, 5 View FIGURE 2 - 7 , 21 View FIGURES 21 − 22 , 26 View FIGURES 26 – 29 )

Diagnosis. This new species is similar to I. kalmasapada , but can be distinguished from the latter by the valva with the costa produced to a small pointed process apically, the sacculus with a minute pointed end separated from the valva, and the aedeagus with two cornuti in the male genitalia. In I. kalmasapada , the costa is not protruded apically, the sacculus is neither pointed nor separated from the valva at end, and the aedeagus has one cornutus in the male genitalia.

Description. Wingspan 21−22.5 mm. Male ( Fig. 4 View FIGURE 2 - 7 ): Vertex yellowish white except grayish brown on inner side of antenna. Antenna with scape 1.3 times as long as wide, yellowish white; flagellum blackish brown, sinus shallow, covered with vertically arranged yellowish brown scale tufts, and a row of short, black toothlet beneath scale tufts. Labial palpus yellowish white except brown at base of second segment; second segment 1.5 times length of diameter of compound eye; third segment short, slightly bend forward, about 1/3 length of second segment. Maxillary palpus yellow. Occiput, patagium and tegula dark reddish brown, thorax gray. Forewing brown, with sparse yellowish white scales, with two white spots at middle of dorsum, inner one bigger than outer one; antemedian line and discal spot absent; postmedial line grayish white, faint, sinuate, interrupted; terminal line black, interrupted; cilia brown. Hindwing pale yellow, with a tuft of yellowish bristle-like scales along Sc+Rs; cilia yellowish brown. Foreleg and midleg pale brown, hindleg yellowish white, tibia with a tuft of yellowish white long hairs at base on outer surface, tarsus blackish brown, margined yellowish white distally. Abdomen yellowish brown on dorsal surface, yellowish white on ventral surface of third and fourth segments, with two yellowish white anal tufts.

Female ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 2 - 7 ): Vertex with forward directed, fuscous brown lobate scales. Antenna with scape twice as long as wide, yellowish white mixed with fuscous brown; flagellum yellowish brown and blackish brown. Labial palpus yellowish white; second segment tinged with fuscous brown on outer surface; third segment about 1/3 length of second segment, fuscous brown on basal half. Maxillary palpus yellowish white. Patagium, tegula and thorax fuscous grayish brown. Forewing ochreous brown, mixed with yellowish white; antemedian line, discal spot absent; postmedial line faint, sinuate; terminal line black; cilia brown. Hindwing gray; cilia yellowish brown. Legs yellow on dorsal surface, yellowish brown on ventral surface; tarsomeres yellowish white at end.

Male genitalia ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 21 − 22 ). Uncus triangular. Gnathos anchor-shaped, lateral lobes crescent, medial lobe clubbed, about 1.5 times length of lateral lobe. Transtilla weakly sclerotized. Valva with costal and ventral margins parallel sided in basal 1/3, protruded at middle on ventral margin, slightly broadened in distal 1/4; bearing dense long hair in distal 1/4 and upper margin of sacculus, with stout subuliform spines along distal 1/5 of ventral margin; costa strongly sclerotized, about half width of valva, slightly narrowed toward apex, protruded a small pointed process apically; sacculus strongly sclerotized, half length of valva, cuniform, pointed and separated from valva at end. Vinculum U-shaped, 1.2 times as long as wide. Juxta U-shaped, membranous on median area, with a pair of well-developed fingerlike lateral lobes bearing sparse setae. Aedeagus cylindrical, slightly longer than valva, stout in basal 1/4, spinose distally; cornuti comprised of one long, clubbed thorn, about 3/5 length of aedeagus, and one short, sinuate spine near apex. Culcita five pairs, four pairs present on 8th segment, three-dimensional arranged, another pair on 7th segment.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 26 View FIGURES 26 – 29 ). Antrum twice wider than long, bowl-shaped. Ductus bursae membranous in posterior 1/4, weakly sclerotized in anterior 3/4, with a trapezoidal, punctate area on inner wall. Corpus bursae pyriform, with dense long bodkin-shaped spines in posterior 2/5, numerous small, stout spines near junction with ductus bursae. Caudal bursa punctate on inner wall caudally. Ductus seminalis incepted end of caudal bursa.
