Diagnosis: Clypeal teeth triangular, obtuse, equilateral and continuous with clypeal margin. Eyes, in dorsal view, not visible. Elytral striae composed of contiguous large umbilicate punctures, elytral disc weakly tectiform in the posterior half. Male metatibiae strongly modified (Figs. 66–67). Parameres as in Fig. 65.
Distribution: Central Colombia ( Fig. 107).
Remarks: This is the only known species of Scatimina whose eyes are not exposed dorsally.
