Diagnosis. Antennomere XI as long as, or shorter than IX. Elytral punctuation coarse and sparse. Lateral portion of metaventrite sparsely and coarsely punctuate. Ventrite I sparsely and finely punctuate. Parameres symmetrical; inner sac with rod-like sclerite. Distal gonocoxite elongate and tapering apically.

Redescription. Body elongate-oval, shining. Pronotum, elytra, frons, clypeus and labrum dark reddish-brown; antennomeres I and II reddish-brown to yellowish-brown; maxillary palpi, tarsi and antennomeres III–V yellowishbrown; antennomeres VI–XI dark yellowish-brown; head black. Head, pronotum and elytra sparsely and finely pubescent.

Head with interocular distance about twice as eye width. Punctuation sparse and fine. Antennomeres I–VI with a few macrosetae, VII–XI covered with some macrosetae; IX about 1.5 times as long as III; XI shorter than IX (Fig. 24).

Pronotum wider than long, lateral keel distinct except near basal angles. Punctuation sparse and fine, as on head. Scutellum wider than long, with exposed apex.

Elytra longer than wide, widest at basal fourth, lateral margins gradually narrowed to apex, minutely serrate at inner part of posterior margin. Punctuation coarse and sparse. Sutural striae extending outwards along basal margin to form complete basal stria joined to lateral stria. Propygidium and pygidium sparsely and finely punctuate; pygidium weakly concave at apex, with 4 macrosetae.

Hypomeron impunctate. Mesoventrite sparsely and coarsely punctuate, as pronotum. Lateral portion of metaventrite sparsely and coarsely punctuate. Mesepimeron about twice as long as wide. Mesocoxa almost twice as wide as interspace between mesocoxa; mesocoxal area narrow. Metepimeron almost as long as wide. Metacoxa about twice as wide as metacoxal process. Metanepisternum about four times as long as wide. Ventrite I with 4 macrosetae, sparsely and finely punctuate; V with 8 macrosetae, sparsely and finely punctuate, and weakly concave at apex.

Meso- and metafemora with microsculpture, sparsely and coarsely punctuate.

Male. Aedeagus about 0.76 mm long; parameres symmetrical; inner sac with a rod-like sclerite ( Fig. 62 View FIGURES 62 – 67 ).

Female. Distal gonocoxite elongate and tapering apically (Fig. 49); vagina membranous, without robust sclerites; bursa copulatrix not sclerotized.

Measurements (n = 5). Length (PL+EL): 1.98–2.44 mm; width (PW, EW): 1.04–1.19 mm, 1.00– 1.35 mm. PL/PW: 0.77–0.79; EL/EW: 1.03–1.17. HW: 0.44–0.50 mm. ID: 0.20–0.26 mm.

Approximate ratio of each antennal length (width) as follows (n = 1); 1.4 (0.7): 1.1 (0.6): 1.0 (0.3): 1.1 (0.3): 1.2 (0.3): 1.0 (0.3): 1.4 (0.5): 1.3 (0.3): 1.5 (0.6): 1.5 (0.6): 1.4 (0.7).
