Material examined. Lectotype ♀ (here designated, Fig. 1 View FIGURE 1 A), 1♀ paralectotype, (fragmented): Sabah, “Sandakan, Borneo, Baker ” ( NMNH).
Distribution. Sabah.
Remarks. This species was originally described from an unknown number of females from ‘Borneo, Sandakan ( Baker)’. It can be distinguished by the dark brown spot on the mesopleura and forewings mainly hyaline in basal two-thirds of corium and brownish hyaline in distal third to near apex of wing. It is found in the same locality (Sandakan) as the next species. A full description of the female was given by Baker (1923). Further identification awaits the study of associated males.
