Antennomeres I–IV distinctly narrow, antennomeres V–X distinctly widened and flattened, with annular antennal sensilla around the entire circumference of antennomeres. Sexually dimorphic antennomeres, males with distinctive sensilla on antennomeres V–X. Prosternal process separating procoxa. Prothoracic episterna with distinct, transverse suture. Front legs separated by the prothoracic process. Outer faces of meso- and metatibiae with numerous oblique, comb-like ridges. Tarsal formula 5-5-4, with the first tarsomere being the longest, the other subequal in length; metatarsomere I subequal in length to the other four metatarsomeres.
