DISTRIBUTION. Neotropical Region: Bahamas, Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Trinidad, Venezuela; Nearctic Region: USA (Florida).
COMMENTS. Several samples of T. fici were collected in Belize, but almost all comprised single specimens. The puparia are usually shiningblack, with a broad peripheral fringe of pure white wax.
