Diagnosis. The new species is similar to A. shexianica Wang, 2004 in male genitalia. It differs in the sacculus distally produced sub-triangularly and without a process at its dorsal margin, the aedeagus curved beyond distal 1/4 and with a process arising from about mid-length extended to 3/4 of the aedeagus length. In A. shexianica , the sacculus lacks a distal process and has a digitate process at its dorsal margin, the aedeagus is straight distally and has a process arising from before middle and extended to near the apex.

Description. Adult ( Fig. 2a View FIGURE 2 ). Forewing length 5.0− 5.6 mm.

Head greyish white. Antenna yellow on ventral surface; scape dark brown, flagellum annulated with brown on dorsal surface. Labial palpus yellowish white, second palpomere dark brown on outer surface, third palpomere mixed with brown scales.

Thorax and tegula brown, dark brown at base of tegula. Forewing ground color pale yellow, black along basal 1/5 of costal margin, with dense dark brown scales; discal, discocellular, plical and tornal spots black; terminal dots black, ranging from distal 1/4 of costal margin along termen to tornus; fringe pale yellow, tinged with dark brown. Hindwing and fringe brown. Fore- and midlegs dark brown on dorsal surface, yellow mixed with brown scales on ventral surface, tarsus of midleg dark brown distally; hindleg yellow, tibia and tarsus mixed with dark brown scales on outer surface, tarsus tinged with dark brown.

Male genitalia ( Fig. 2b View FIGURE 2 ). Uncus wide at base, slightly narrowed distally, rounded at apex. Gnathos longer than uncus; mesial plate spoon-shaped, bent ventrad, rounded at apex; basal arms narrowly banded, about three times length of mesial plate. Tegumen with posterior half trapezoidal, slightly concave triangularly at middle on anterior margin; lateral arm wide basally, slender distally. Valva narrow at base, slightly widened to beyond basal 1/3, almost uniformly narrow medially, distal 1/3 inflated, produced ventrally, rounded apically; sacculus with basal half narrowly banded, distal half widened, with teeth on ventral margin, with an erect triangular apical process slightly bent toward base, beyond this process set in deep concavity. Saccus about 2/3 length of uncus, wide basally, clubbed distally. Juxta large, annular. Aedeagus slightly shorter than 2/3 length of valva, with a spine-shaped process arising from middle reaching 3/4 length of aedeagus; basal half tubular, wide, distal half heavily sclerotized, narrowed to pointed apex, bent at distal 1/4 by a broad obtuse angle; cornutus absent.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 2c View FIGURE 2 ). Papillae anales setose, rounded on posterior margin. Apophyses posteriores about 1.3 times length of apophyses anteriores. Eighth tergum almost straight on posterior margin; eighth sternum slightly arched on posterior margin, concave medially on anterior margin. Lamella antevaginalis inverted sub-trapezoidal, heavily sclerotized. Antrum small, short. Ductus bursae membranous. Corpus bursae oval, slightly longer than ductus bursae; signum situated near entrance, basal plate narrowly banded, arched, two spines curved before pointed apex.

Distribution. China (Hainan).

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the Latin annulatus, referring to the shape of the juxta.
