Material examined. No material was available for examination in this study.
Distribution. Iran: Fras (Lar) and Hormozgan ( Bandar Abbas to Sardabad- Sarzeh Rd., Sarzeh) Provinces ( Amsel 1961; Nuss et al. 2003 –2022).
Remarks. The report of this species from United Arab Emirates ( De Prins & De Prins 2011 –2021) is erroneous as it refers to Evergestis laristanalis Amsel, 1961 ( Asselbergs 2008) .
