Figs 11–13 View FIGURES 8 – 14 , 20, 26 View FIGURES 15 – 26 , 32, 38 View FIGURES 27 – 38 , 57–59 View FIGURES 45 – 59
Sibirocosa kolymensis: Trilikauskas 2007: 87 (misidentification); Trilikauskas 2008: 192 (misidentification).
Types. Holotype 3 (ZMMU) and paratype Ƥ (ZMMU) from Russia, Khabarovsk Province, source of Lednikovyi Spring, mountain tundra, Summer 2001 (L. Trilikauskas).
Etymology. The specific name is a patronym in honour of our friend and colleague Laimonas Trilikauskas (Novosibirsk) who collected the holotype and paratype, in recognition of his initiation of what became an intensive study of the spider fauna of Tuva.
Diagnosis. Males of this new species are most similar to those of S. kolymensis and can be distinguished by the shorter and broader embolus (cf. Figs 21, 26 View FIGURES 15 – 26 ). Females of S. trilikauskasi sp. n. are most similar to those of S. sibirica and the two species are almost indistinguishable. However, S. trilikauskasi sp. n. has relatively longer receptacles that reach the level of the apical pocket (cf. Figs 56, 59 View FIGURES 45 – 59 ).
Description. Male. Total length 6.95, carapace 3.65 long, 2.7 wide. Carapace dark brown without pattern. Legs brown with annulations. Femur I with 3 dorsal, 2 pro- and 2 retrolateral spines; patella with 2 dorsal, 1 pro- and 1 retrolateral spines; tibia with 2 dorsal, 1 pro-, 1 retrolateral and 6 pairs of ventral spines metatarsus with 2 pro, 2 retrolateral and 2 pairs of ventral spines. Femur I with 3 dorsal, 2 pro- and 2 retrolateral spines; patella with 2 dorsal, 1 pro- and 1 retrolateral spines; tibia with 2 dorsal, 1 pro-, 1 retrolateral and 5 pairs of ventral spines metatarsus with 2 pro-, 2 retrolateral and 2 pairs of ventral spines.
