Fidicinoides compostela Davis, 1934 View in CoL comb. n.
The species is here assigned to Fidicinoides based on the generic characters outlined by Boulard & Martinelli (1996), i.e. the small lateral metascutellar plates, the small dorso-lateral opening to the timbal chamber, and the eyes not exceeding the breadth of the suprahumeral lobes of the pronotum.
The species is only known from Mexico ( Metcalf 1963a). It is described from Nayarit ( Davis 1934) and the author has identified specimens from Colima.
