Examined material. None.

Distribution. Europe.

Distribution in Serbia. W (2; 21).

Remarks. Rare species in Serbia. Known from one site in the country (Mt. Zlatibor). Additionally, Mikšić & Georgijević (1973) reported it for Serbia, but without any more precise data on the distribution.

129. Semanotus russicus russicus (Fabricius, 1777)

Examined material. 2 S, South Banat D, Deliblato Sands, on a Norway spruce, 01.VI.1986, LM ( Ilić 2005). Distribution. Southeastern and Central Europe, Asia Minor , Transcaucasian area, Northern Africa. Distribution in Serbia. N (V) and W (13; 21).

Remarks. Rare taxon in Serbia. The specimens were found by rearing from branches and trunks of conifers.
