Adelomyrmex longinodus Fernández & Brandão, 2003: 20 in Fernández, 2003b. Paratype: 1W, BRASIL, AM [Amazonas], Manaus , VIC, iii-iv.1994 [01.iii.1994], R. Didham [leg.]. Not Labeled [Paratypes]: 1G 3W, BRASIL, AM [Amazonas], Manaus , 03.iii.1998, M. Garcia et al. leg., Shift 52, Floresta, Solo, Berlese [- Tullgren] Funil, #04. Dealated gyne; one worker missing L3 tarsi; one worker coated with gold; one worker coated with gold, body disarticulat- ed in three parts glued on the triangle, missing A1 funiculus, A2 last three segments of the funiculus, L2 tibia and tarsi, L4. Combination in Cryptomyrmex by Fernández, 2004: 332. Comment: The MZSP also houses two workers from the paratype series collected by M. Garcia et al. without paratype label. We were not able to confirm if these specimens are truly paratypes.
