Diagnosis. Head dark. Prothorax pale yellow. Wings mostly dark brown with small hyaline marks. Aedeagus in lateral view slender and arched with blunt tip.
Description. Forewing length 28–31 mm, hindwing length 25–28 mm.
Head brown to black, vertex tinged pale brown on middle portion and lateral sides. Compound eyes dark, ocelli yellow with black inner margin. Antenna and mouthparts dark. Prothorax pale yellow; meso and meta thorax brown, darker medially. Legs brown with short, dense, brown setae; tarsal claws reddish brown. Wings dark brown; pterostigma short, pale yellow. Forewing respectively with 3–4 hyaline cells at base, middle and apex of costal area; apex with 2–3 small hyaline marks near M and several subhyaline longitudinal marks. Hindwing similarly marked, but costal area entirely brown without hyaline marks. Veins dark brown. Rs 5branched, R2 apically 3branched, R3 and R4 curved backward at tip; three crossveins between R1 and Rs; M 2branched; 1A 2 branched.
Abdomen dark. Male tenth tergum ( Figs. 22, 24 View FIGURES 22 – 24 ) in lateral view subquadrate, dorsal margin much longer than ventral margin; in dorsal view its apex strongly inflated. Aedeagus ( Figs. 22–23 View FIGURES 22 – 24 ) strongly sclerotized, in ventral view subtriangular with shallow apical incision; in lateral view slender and arched dorsally with blunt tip.
Type materials. Holotype ɗ, CHINA, Guangxi, Xiuren, 1938. V.26. Paratype 1 ɗ, CHINA: Guangxi, Taiping, 1938. VI.4.
Distribution. China (Guangxi).
Etymology. The specific epithet fuscus refers to its brownish coloration of the wings.
