Regional distribution. ThiS SpecieS iS rather common in the country, being Very Similar in itS biotopical preferenceS to O. hookeri . We found O. viridis in SampleS collected in whole Mongolia, except for itS Southern part.
Extra-limital distribution. O. hookeri iS broadly diStributed in Central, Southern and SoutheaSt ASia aS well aS in the Pacific Region ( KrugloV & StarobogatoV 1993b). SometimeS it haS been placed into the genuS Austropeplea Cotton, 1942 ( Ponder & WaterhouSe 1997; PuSlednik et al. 2009), whereaS KrugloV & StarobogatoV (1993b) claSSified it within Orientogalba .
