CURRENT STATUS: Valid genus [ teste Steyskal (1968b: 8) ].

CURRENT STATUS: Unjustified emendation of Pteropaectria Loew, 1868 ; junior synonym of Herina Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 . New synonymy.

REMARKS: Name made available as an emendation by virtue of similar spelling changes in one or more names from “ae” to “e” in the same work. Pteropaectria Loew, 1868 is currently treated as a junior synonym of Herina Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 [ teste Soós (1984c: 54) ].
