CURRENT STATUS: Incorrect subsequent spelling of Lydella Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 View in CoL or subsequent usage of Lidella De Galdo, 1856 .

REMARKS: The earliest mention of Lydella Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 using the spelling “ Lidella ” that we have found in this study is Lidella De Galdo (1856: 575) , n. syn., as an unjustified emendation made available by similar spelling changes in two or more names from “y” to “i” in the same work.
