Figs 5, 6 View FIGURES 1 – 6 , 10, 12 View FIGURES 7 – 12 , 14 View FIGURES 13 – 16. 13

Diagnosis. Distinguished from L. lidae sp. nov. by the presence a middle part of postpectal carina (between coxae), complete propodeal carinae ( Fig. 10 View FIGURES 7 – 12 ), areolet not petiolate ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 7 – 12 ), basal part of hind margin of hind wing without setae, and black face ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ).

Description (Holotype female). Fore wing 3 mm long, body about 3 mm. Antennal flagellum with 27 articles. Width to length ratio of scapus 0.75. Head narrowed behind the eyes. Maximal length of temple to transverse eye diameter ratio 0.7; minimal length of temple to transverse eye diameter ratio 0.6. Face width to longitudinal eye diameter ratio 1. Face slightly convex, almost flat, with protuberance. Inner margins of eyes slightly convergent ventrad. Clypeus weakly separated from face by shallow impression, projecting anteriorly. Apical margin of clypeus thin, with long setae. Clypeal foveae small. Malar space narrow, 0.2 times as wide as basal mandible width. Outer face of mandible with impression basally. Lower mandible tooth longer than upper, lower margin sharp. The occipital carina complete, not reaching the hypostomal carina. Head matt, granulate.

Mesosoma matt, granulate, with white setae. Propleuron without lobe. Epomiae absent. Notaulus shallowly impressed basally. Mesopleuron granulate, impunctate, with deep impression at its hind edge. Prepectal carina distinct, its upper end distant from front edge of mesopleuron. Postpectal carina present medially (between coxae). Scutellum convex, without lateral carinae. Areolet of forewing not petiolate, receiving second recurrent vein at middle ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 7 – 12 ). Radius intercepting pterostigma before its middle. Second recurrent vein with a single bulla. Nervellus intercepted below middle. Nervulus postfurcal. Basal part of hind margin of hind wing without setae. Femur 5.28 times as long as wide laterally; ratio of segments 1-5 of hind tarsus 6: 2.5: 2: 1.3: 1.6. Tarsal claws not pectinate. Propodeum with weak carinae, area superomedia elongate.

Metasoma weakly shiny. First metasomal tergum straight and elongate; its width to length ratio 0.45; without shallow longitudinal impressions; bordered by lateral longitudinal carinae; medial longitudinal carinae absent. Glymmae deep. Second metasomal tergum without longitudinal carina at base, square. Ovipositor straight, thin, very gradually tapered from base to apex, without notch ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 13 – 16. 13 ).

Body brownish ( Fig. 6 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ). Fore coxae and trochanters whitish. Scapus, tegulae, legs (except dorsal part of hind tibia) yellowish. Head and mesosoma black ( Figs. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ). Metasoma and pterostigma brown.

Type material. Holotype: female, Nepal, Kathmandu, Godavari, 1828 m., 23-25.vii.1967, Malaise Trap, Canadian Expedition, CNC. Paratypes: female, Nepal, Kathmandu, Pulchauki, 2011 m., 14-21.viii.1967, CNC; female, Nepal, Kathmandu, Pulchauki, 2225 m., 21.viii.1967, CNC.
