Distribution:— Asia-Pacific, the eastern Himalayas, northeastern India and throughout Southeast Asia to the islands of the southwestern Pacific.

Taungoo District : Chin 4410 ( K) ; Bago District: type; same loc., Reynaud 60 ( P); same loc., Jan 1906, Lace s.n. ( E) . YANGON. Unspecified : 10 m, Sep 1915, Smith 14 ( AMES) . MON. Mawlamyine District: type; same loc., 1839, Parish 177 B ( K) . TANINTHARYI. Dawei District: type; same loc., cult. Calcutta Bot. Gard. s.n. (not located, possibly CAL), fide Voigt (1845: 622) ; Myeik District: Griffith 839 ( K). WITHOUT LOCALITY. Cult. Glasnevin Bot. Gard. s.n. ( K), det. J. J. Vermeulen. Reported from Kachin and Rakhine states by Kress et al. (2003: 65), but we have not seen any material from these areas.

Distribution:— Myanmar and western Malesia.

Bulbophyllum blepharistes Rchb. f., Flora 55: 278, 1872. Type:— MYANMAR. Mon State: Mawlamyine District, Parish 99 (lectotype K, designated by Clayton 2017: 64; isolectotype: W-R 49389). Syntype: MYANMAR. Without locality: Day s.n. ( W-R 49389 )

Distribution:— Northeastern India, Myanmar, Indochina and Peninsular Malaysia.
