WITHOUT LOCALITY. Type; Rule s.n. ( K) ; without collector s.n. ( AMES). Reported from Chin State, Magway Region, Kayin and Rakhine states and Ayeyarwady and Tanintharyi regions by Kress et al. (2003: 74), but we have not seen material from these areas.

Distribution:— India, the Himalayas, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China.

Note:— The first Myanmar orchid to be described.

Distribution:— Endemic.
