Unspecified: Wallich, Numer. List : no. 7411 A ( K-W) ; same loc., Voigt s.n. ( C) ; northern part: type. BAGO. Taungoo District : 20 Feb 1929, Ba Pe 9391 ( K, RAF) . MON. Thaton District : without collector s.n. (not located, possibly K) , fide Hooker (1890a: 750) [as D. aggregatum ]; Mawlamyine District : 1874, Parish 13 ( K) . TANINTHARYI. Myeik District: Griffith s.n. ( K, P) . Also reported from Kachin State, Sagaing Region, Kayah State and Yangon Region by Kress et al. (2003: 71; under D. aggregatum ), but we have not seen material from these areas.
Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern and southern China.
Note:— The Dickason 9637 & 9700 collections have small flowers on few-flowered short racemes. We think they belong here rather than to D. jenkinsii Wall. ex Lindl.
