Distribution:— India, the Himalayas, Myanmar, Thailand and possibly Indochina.

Dendrobium fugax Rchb.   f., Gard. Chron. 1871: 1257, 1871. Type :—’INDIA’ (? Myanmar). Cult. Day s.n. (holotype: W-R 54318 & 54319; icon. K)

Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar and Thailand.

Note:— Seidenfaden (1980: 46) ascribed origin of the type material to Parish (as Flickingeria fugax   ), but we are not so sure about this.
