Reported from Rakhine and Mon states and Tanintharyi Region by Kress et al. (2003: 73) and from Shan State by Saw Lwin (2007: 247), but we have not seen material from these areas.
Distribution:— Northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand and Indochina.
