Specimen examined:— KACHIN. Unspecified: fide Nyan Tun (2014: 141−142). Reported from Putao District in Kachin State by Saw Lwin (2007: 255 & 256).
Distribution:— The Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar and southwestern and southern China.
Notes:— Recorded by Du Puy & Cribb (1988, 2007), but no collections were cited by the authors. This taxon is supposedly one of the parents of C. × ballianum.
