Herminium aff. tibeticum X.H.Jin, Schuit. & Raskoti, PhytoKeys View in CoL 79: 68, 2017
Specimen examined:— KACHIN. Putao District : 3960 m, 7 Jul 1931, Kingdon-Ward 9757 ( BM) .
Distribution:— Northern Myanmar (?) and southwestern China.
Notes:— Based on the petal and lip shape the specimen is close to H. tibeticum (B.B. Raskoti, pers. comm.), currently only known from southwestern China. It differs by being a smaller plant with longer sepals and a much shorter lip callus. One flower was here observed to be abnormal, with an extra theca formed in front of a petal.
