Specimens examined:— MANDALAY. Myingyan District: 25 Oct 2000, Murata et al. 020761 ( MBK); same loc., 29 Oct 2013, Kim s.n., photo .
Notes:— A plant with fairly large white flowers and lacerate lip side lobes, which does not match any currently known species in Myanmar. Further research on the specimen is needed. The former collection was previously incorrectly identified as H. medioflexa Turrill and Pecteilis henryi Schltr.
