Mandalay District: 5 Jan 1927, Swinhoe K 72 ( K), det. E. F . de Vogel; Myingyan District: 10 Oct 2005, Khin Myo Htwe 69 ( MBK [s], TNS), fide Tanaka et al. (2015: 85) . SHAN. Taunggyi District: 1215 m , 30 Sep 2015, Srisanga et al. 103904 ( MBK) . KAYAH. Loikaw District: Tanaka et al. MY4986 ( TNS, photos seen) . TANINTHARYI. Unspecified: Helfer s.n., Kew Distr. 6047 ( K) ; Dawei District: fide Aung et al. (2020: 97). Also reported from Sagaing and Yangon regions by Kress et al. (2003: 86), but we have not seen material from these areas.

Distribution:— Sri Lanka, India, the Himalayas, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina, southwestern China and Malesia to northern Australia and the Pacific.

Note:— According to de Vogel (1988: 61) there is also one collection at BM.
