Plants to 250 mm. Leaves 1-3, alternate, lanceolate, 15-70 × 5-20 mm. Flowers 1-6, rosecoloured; median sepal linear, 8-10 × 1 mm, hood 10 × 12 mm, lateral sepals semi-ovate, 8- 10 × 3-6 mm, united in basal half; petals 8-10 × 3-6 mm; lip blade tongue-shaped, hairy, appendage of two erect and curved papillose processes.
