Anthaxia (Anthaxia) nitiduliformis Bílý, 1995 View in CoL
( Figs. 3, 4 View FIGURES 1 – 5. 1 )
Anthaxia (Anthaxia) nitiduliformis Bílý, 1995: 46 View in CoL . Type locality: China, Sichuan, Nanping, Abazhou, 2000 m, 33o15′N 104o15′E (holotype deposited in NMPC).
Anthaxia (Anthaxia) nitiduliformis: Bílý, 1997: 30 View in CoL , 97 (catalogue); 2006: 372 (catalogue); Bellamy, 2008: 1439 (catalogue).
This species was described for a single female (Bílý, 1995) from Sichuan (Nanping); since this time I have studied further specimens from the following localities: SICHUAN: env. Nanping, 1700 m, 5.vii.2001, Gorodinski leg. (1 male, NMPC); Nanping, Juizhagou, 10.–17.vi.2014, E. Kučera leg. (3 males, 2 females, EKCS); the same but: 12.– 17.vi.2000, E. Kučera leg. (1 male, 1 female, NMPC); HEBEI: Xingtai, Taihang Mts., Neiquin, Xinjiayu, 1300 m, 18.v.2002, M. Knížek leg. (1 male, 1 female, NMPC); SHANXI: Lüliangshou, road Fangshan–Jiaocheng, 1000 m, Hengjian env., 9.vi.2000, Z. Jindra leg. (2 males, NMPC).
The male differs from the female by the smaller and more slender body, narrower vertex (2.0–2.1 times as wide as width of eye in female and 0.9 times in male), finely serrate inner margin of meso- and metatibiae and by the entirely green pronotal margins (with weak golden lustre in female); aedeagus ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 1 – 5. 1 ) with slightly apically enlarged apical half of parameres, median lobe narrow, pointed apically with very fine, almost indistinct lateral serration.
Bionomy. One specimen from Nanping, Juizhagou was found in a pupal chamber under the bark of the dead branch of Pinus View in CoL sp. ( Pinaceae View in CoL ) near old emergence holes of the same species.
