Examined material. 8 sh. (MACN-In 40678).
Description. Shell height to 3.9 mm; turritelliform, moderately solid. Protoconch large, smooth, of about 1 whorl; transition to teleoconch not clearly defined. Teleoconch of up to 7.25 whorls, almost straight in outline; last whorl comprising about 35% of total shell height. Suture impressed. Surface white; sculptured with 27 or 28 strong axial ribs and 3 spiral cords per whorl, which produce small beads at their intersections. An additional, lower, smooth cord appears at the suture and delimits the base. Aperture subquadrate, interior white; outer lip slightly reflected, markedly undulated by spiral sculpture; columellar callus narrow; siphonal canal short, somewhat oblique, wide.
