Examined specimens: 1♀, Philippines: Mindanao , Calinan; 300m; 2019-IX. ( IZCAS) .

Measurements (mm):

length of pronotum: 6.95; height of pronotum: 7.22; length of tegmen: 41.67; width of tegmen: 10.87; length of anterior femur: 5.44; length of posterior femur: 17.26; length of posterior tibiae: 17.25; length ovipositor: 10.88.

We also examined one female specimen from the Philippines. Its pronotum and ovipositor are different from those of other Zulpha species. Its wings are rather short. This specimen may represent a new species, but there is no male specimen, thus its description awaits more specimens.
