Figs. 21–25 View FIGURES 21 – 25 , 86 View FIGURES 86 – 89
Material examined. Holotype. BRAZIL: Santa Catarina, Paulo Lopes, Parque Estadual da Serra do Tabuleiro , 27°57’43”S, 48°41’02”W, 10–20.I.2003, Equipe Biota leg., 1M ( IBSP 166156). Paratype. BRAZIL: same data as the holotype, 1F ( IBSP 166176). Paratype. BRAZIL: same data as the holotype, 1F ( IBSP 166157).
Etymology. The specific name is a noun in apposition taken from the type locality.
Diagnosis. The male of Thymoites tabuleiro new species is similar to T. cristal new species ( Figs. 27, 28 View FIGURES 26 – 30 ) by the shape of the carapace ( Figs. 22, 23 View FIGURES 21 – 25 ) and the palp resembles that of T. villarricaensis Levi, 1964 (see Levi, 1964: fig. 39, 42), but differs from these species by the conductor shorter ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 21 – 25 ) and trajectory of the sperm duct in the tegulum ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 21 – 25 ). The female of Thymoites tabuleiro new species is close to T. villarricaensis Levi, 1964 (see Levi, 1964: fig. 40, 41) by the long and not coiled copulatory duct ( Figs. 24, 25 View FIGURES 21 – 25 ), but differs from it in the spermathecae more closer from each other ( Figs. 24, 25 View FIGURES 21 – 25 ).
