Keilbachia View in CoL View at ENA sp. 2

Material studied. 1 male, N. E. Burma ( Myanmar), Kambaiti, 7000 ft., 15.4.1935, R. Malaise (in NRMS).

Discussion. The species resembles K. rima and K. foveolata . The number of palpomeres is three. The medial facetless space on the eye bridge is narrow as in Fig. 10 View FIGURE 10 A. The number of facial setae is 15. The setae are much stronger than in K. foveolata and K. rima . The hypopygium is strongly distorted. It resembles that of K. foveolata , but the gonostylus has only one megaseta between the apical tooth and the long curved megasetae, of which there are two. The apical tooth is conspicuously longer than in K. foveolata and K. rima . There is a pit in the intercoxal area of the hypopygium as in K. foveolata . K. sp. 2 is a good species but cannot be named because the hypopygium cannot be described precisely enough.
