Distribution: It occurs in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela ( Sousa et al. 2010) and in Brazil, it occurs in practically the entire country ( Flora do Brasil 2020). In ParNa Iguaçu it is found in the Foz do Iguaçu area.
Reproductive period: According to Sousa et al. (2010), it flowers in March and June to October and fruits throughout the year. In ParNa Iguaçu it was found in fruit in October and December.
Diagnostic characteristics: Trees with pinnate leaves recognized by their alternate leaflets, whitish petals and samaroid fruit.
Conservation: Native-VU.
