Fig. 2 View FIGURE 2

Description. Holotype ( Fig. 2A View FIGURE 2 ). Female. Body length 4.44 mm. Forewing length 2.91 mm.

Color. Body blackish-brown; anterior margin of clypeus reddish-brown; mandible reddish-brown, apical tooth black; antenna black, pedicel and flagellomeres I–II yellowish-brown; tegula dark brown, yellowish-brown apically; forewing hyaline, pterostigma brown, veins yellowish-brown; legs yellowish-brown, coxae, trochanters and femora dark brown.

Head ( Fig. 2B–E View FIGURE 2 ). WH: LH = 0.96, length of head 1.80 × height of head in lateral view. Mandible with two teeth, ventralmost tooth much bigger. Median clypeal lobe broad and short; anterior margin incurved medially. Antennal pedicel and flagellomeres I–IV in ratio of 1.28: 0.86: 0.97: 0.93: 1.0 in length; length of Antennal pedicel and flagellomeres I–IV 1.42, 1.0, 0.88, 0.79, 0.83 × width. Frons and vertex weakly coriaceous with tiny punctures separate 3.0–4.0 × its diameter. Eye glabrous. WF: LE = 1.18. AOL: POL = 1.0; OOL: WOT = 1.28; anterior ocellus anterior to supra-ocular line. Sides of head posterior to eyes slightly outcurved. Occipital carina present in dorsal margin of occiput. Gena visible in antero-dorsal view.

Mesosoma ( Fig. 2F–H View FIGURE 2 ). Pronotal flange short and narrow; dorsal pronotal area campaniform, weakly coriaceous with shallow punctures separate 2.0–4.0 × its diameter; length of posterior margin 1.74 × median length. Lateral pronotal area coriaceous. Mesonotum weakly coriaceous with sparse punctures; distance between tegulae 2.14 × length of mesoscutum; notauli and parapsidal signum complete. Mesoscutum-scutellar sulcus narrow, dilated laterally. Metapectal-propodeal disc weakly coriaceous and as long as wide; lateral marginal carina slightly outcurved; transverse posterior carina straight; metapostnotal median carina nearly complete, weaker posteriorly; metapostnotal-propodeal carina incomplete, extending two-thirds of metapectal-propodeal disc along with irregular rugae; propodeal declivity weakly coriaceous. Anterior metapleural area weakly coriaceous. Mesopectus weakly coriaceous; epicnemial carina present.

Forewing ( Fig. 2I View FIGURE 2 ). C 2 v absent; pterostigma small; forewing with prestigmal abscissa of R1 2 v 0.71 × Rs&M 2 v; Rs 2 v 2.0 × R1 2 v.

Metasoma ( Fig. 2J View FIGURE 2 ). Metasomal terga shiny, weakly coriaceous; metasomal tergum III with pair of reddish-brown tubercles posteriorly; metasomal tergum IV with pair of cone-shaped tubercles near posterior margin, inter-tubercular space 1.05 × outer-tubercular space; metasomal tergum V with pair of cone-shaped tubercles, inter-tubercular space slightly depressed, 1.72 × outer-tubercular space.

MALE Unknown.

Type material. Holotype ♀ ( ZJUH), CHINA, Xizang, Nyingchi, Xiachayu , 28.48˚N, 97˚E, 1500m, 14. Viii. 2019, Zekai Li leg., NO. 202300004.

Biology. Unknown.

Distribution. China.

Etymology. The specific epithet xizangense refers to the type locality, Xizang Zizhiqu, China.

Differential diagnosis. The species D. xizangense sp. nov. is similar to the species D. congoense sp. nov. for sharing the mesoscutum with notauli complete and well-impressed, and pair of acute lateral tubercles of metasomal terga IV–V not connected by transverse carina. However, it can be distinguished from the latter by having the follow characteristics: transverse posterior carina of metapectal-propodeal complex straight; metasomal tergum III with pair of reddish-brown tubercles; metasomal terga IV–V with cone-shaped tubercles; inter-tubercular distance of metasomal tergum IV about one-third length of posterior margin.
