Tenthecoris hsiaoi Carvalho, 1948b: 279 View in CoL (orig. descrip.).
Diagnosis. General color yellowish red to red. Apical half to two thirds of clavus, inner half of corium near the commissure, areoles of membrane, and eyes black. Hemelytral spot anteriorly rounded, narrowing toward apex of corium. Length 3.60–4.15 mm.
Host. Unknown.
Distribution. Brazil (Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Santa Catarina) (Carvalho, 1957; Ferreira et al., 2006).
Minas Gerais specimen examined: 1Ψ, Carmo do Rio Claro Janeiro, 1978, Carvalho and Schaffner (USNM).
