Ecrritotarsus incurvus  Distant, 1884: 285 (orig. descrip.). Pycnoderes incurvus: Reuter, 1905: 5  (n. comb.).

Diagnosis. General color black; subbasal and subapical spots of embolium subequally large and pale, hind femur black apically, antenna pale, and cuneus hyaline. Length 3.35–3.95 mm.

Hosts. Cucurbita pepo Lour.  [ Cucurbitaceae  ] and Sechium edule Sw.  [ Cucurbitaceae  ] ( Ferreira et al., 2001). Distribution. Grenada, Guatemala, Mexico, Venezuela (Carvalho, 1957); Colombia, Ecuador ( Carvalho and Afonso, 1977); Brazil (Minas Gerais) ( Ferreira et al., 2006).

Minas Gerais specimens examined. 2 ΨΨ, Viçosa, June 1938, Snipes ( UFVB); 4 ΨΨ, Viçosa, 10 Feb. 1933, E. J. Hambleton ( UFVB).
