Stenotarsus lemniscatus Gorham (1890:139)

Diagnosis. Length 3.0– 3.8 mm; width 2.0– 2.2 mm. Body weakly elongate, red­orange; base of the pronotum without distinct margin ( Fig. 5 View Figs ); pronotal base weakly concave over scutellum; no sexual dimorphism observed.

Remarks. Specimens from Panama are present in Strohecker’s collection (FSCA).
