Remarks. This widespread species is known from many countries of the Palaearctic and Oriental regions; among them Hungary is also listed by Yu et al. (2016), citing Zilahi-Kiss (1924). However, the voucher specimens of the records in Zilahi-Kiss (1924) were found in HNHM, re-examined, and turned out to be misidentified (all of them are actually Cymodusa australis ). Since no other specimens of Cymodusa antennator were found from Hungary in HNHM, the (highly probable) occurrence of this species in Hungary still awaits confirmation.
