REMARKS: Uncertain presence in the Mediterranean. All Mediterranean records of C. setosa should be reexamined as they could belong to C. carpenteri McIntosh, 1911 , recently recorded in the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian Sea ( Chambers et al. 2011) or to C. gibber Woodham & Chambers, 1994 ( Castelli et al. 2008) . For the purposes of this research it was not possible to re-examine specimens of C. setosa previously reported in the literature for the Adriatic Sea in order to assign them to the one of the above mentioned species, so they currently remain as C. setosa .
