35. Rubus affinis × ecklonii View in CoL ?

An obvious R. affinis hybrid was found on the Winterhoek road north of Tulbagh. It has long hairs on the primocane, pilose ovaries and more incised leaves than R. ×bergianus . It grows together with R. ecklonii and might be a hybrid of that species and R. affinis ( Figs 27A–D View FIGURE 27 )
