Sect. Pyrethrum (Zinn) Rchb. fil.
Hierbas cortamente rizomatosas, en general con tallos floríferos poco numerosos y algunas rosetas estériles. Hojas 1-2(3) pinnatisectas, ± densamente pelosas, en ocasiones también glandulosas. Capítulos heterógamos, radiados, poco numerosos, en inflorescencias ± laxas, o solitarios. Flores liguladas blancas, vistosas, y flósculos amarillos.
