Female. Body length 16 mm; forewing length 11 mm; Structure. Clypeus thoroughly striate; interantennal area forming an elevated striate plate with coarse punctures and shiny surface, upper and lateral margins with crested ridges; vertex and gena sparsely punctuate; pronotum coarsely and closely punctate; central area of mesoscutum impunctate; scutellum with few coarse punctures; dorsal area of propodeum narrow and coarsely punctate; posterior face of propodeum with a few punctures; hind tibial spurs spatulate; pygidium with sparse coarse punctures, and conspicuous rounded lobes on each side of lateral margin. Color. Setae and integument ferruginous; pronotum with yellow spots on each side; yellow spots on dorsal sides and central area of propodeum; T1–T5 with broad yellow markings converging towards mid area; wings hyaline, moderately fuscous brown towards the apex ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 ).
Male. Body length 17 mm; forewing length 12.6 mm; Structure. Clypeus punctate; interantennal area and frons densely punctate; vertex and gena sparsely punctate; pronotum, scutellum, metanotum, and propodeum with sparse punctures; mesoscutum densely punctured; Genitalia ( Fig. 42B View FIGURE 42 ). Parameres elongated, more or less straight, ventral face polished with some sparse setae; volsellae small, with long sparse setae. Color. Setae white; background integument on head, pronotum, mesoscutum, scutellum, metanotum, black; black background on T4–T7 and T1–T3 ferruginous; yellow maculations on clypeus, frontal and posterior margin of eyes, pronotum, scutellum, metanotum, propodeum, legs, and T1–T6 and S2–S6; wings hyaline ( Fig 6 View FIGURE 6 ).
